MONTREAL COUPLE PORTAITS
Love having friends in front of my lens. My trip to Montreal, Canada for a really cool winter couple session.
Leandri & Riaan, where do I begin... It was absolutely amazing visiting you in Canada to see the new place you call home. I enjoyed our trip to Montreal and loved having you in front of my lens again!
Thank you for listening while I was pretending to speak French, laughing with me, being cold with me, spoiling me and crying with me when we said farewell! It will not be the last time I visit you, looking forward to seeing you in the near future. Au revoir!

CHICAGO COUPLE SESSION
Bridget & Peter posed for one of the days for my 3-day-mentorship with Jacqueline Joan.
Bridget & Peter was in front of my lens while I was giving a 3 day mentorship in Chicago. I absolutely adore this session; beautiful couple, the fashion, the coolness of it and of course this gorgeous space.

TORONTO ENAGEMENT
Loved my time in Canada! Here is Graham & Ly's engagement session, photographed in their backyard and neigborhood.
I hope you don't mind, that I put down in words, how wonderful life is now, that you are in my world. ~ Elton John
I had the privilege of photographing Graham & Ly's engagement session in their neighborhood in Toronto, Canada. This shoot was urban bliss and it was fantastic sharing the day with these two - I definitely have to go back to Canada again soon! Next time maybe when it is a bit warmer ;)
NEW YORK PHOTOGRAPHY MENTOR SESSION
Had a blast in November when I visited the states, this is one of the mentor sessions I had. I am flying over to the USA next month for WPPI in Vegas 22Feb-2nd of March 2018. If you are interested in doing a mentor session, email me.
She wasn't a sunny day type of woman. Often she would brave a thunderstorm to find me, and sit next to me and hold my hand in the rain.
She wasn't just a flame.
She was a bonfire to the soul.

I was so fortunate to be able to do a mentor session in New York on a recent trip. I met this wonderful photographer, Brittany Stover through my online shop, and she booked a day with me in NYC. I spent the day showing her how I work and shoot.
On top of that, I got to photograph my friends and beautiful couple I met a couple of years ago when they booked me for a safari shoot in South Africa, Chan & Astami (Astami, also a photographer), posed for this session, YOU GUYS, I love you and thank you so much for being in front of my lens again! It was a rainy day in New York, but that didnt stop us from having so much fun.

DESTINATION MEXICO | HOTEL LE RÊVE
"The Sea, once it casts its spell, holds one in its net of wonder forever"
~ Jacques-Yves Cousteau ~
When you think of a destination wedding, you think of sunsets and the sea, this was a dream wedding! I flew to Mexico to photograph Kelly & Eloise’s Mexican wedding and I enjoyed every second of this wedding.
They invited close friends and family to join them on their special weekend. Everyone was in a very relaxing mood, surely due to having margaritas, mexican beer, great food and getting some vitamin D from the sun. On the day of the wedding we had perfect weather and a beautiful ceremony on the beach. Afterward the bride & groom where showered with rice and everyone cast a stone into the sea with some well wishes for the couple.

A dream, if I may say. The sunshine and endless ocean views obviously are pulling at my snowed-in heart strings, but the thing that really put me over the edge? The Groom sent in the description below, and that gets be every time….
