NELSPRUIT ENGAGEMENT SESSION

I am so honoured to be able to photograph Hilma and Inge’s journey, starting with their engagement session, photographed in Nelspruit, at a wildlife reserve with a lucky couple of shots with the zebra’s roaming in the area. I also got to photograph Hilma’s two sweet Wirehaired Fox Terriers with the cutest little bowties. Their wedding day will follow in July by the sea. So much to look forward too.

If you have been following my blog, you will know I have a very big family whom I get to photograph very often. Here is Inge and Hilma’s engagement session. Inge is Anje’s sister and my fathers’ cousins’ daughter (my cousin twice removed?). Not sure what we call each other in english terms but we are family!

STEFAN & CHELAINE | KAVINGA WEDDING

My brother Stefan & his wife, Chelaine, tied the knot in the Lowveld this August. It was a beautiful wedding on a very chilly day, but we had an amazing team who put everything together!

Stefan & Chelaine tied the knot in Nelspruit, at the stunning Kavinga venue. It was a really beautiful day and the couple (my brother and new sister-in-law), looked exquisite.

Stefan is my younger brother by 5 years, the last of my brothers to get married. I am a little sad that I don't have any more to photograph, but 3 brothers is more than enough. Stefan & Chelaine met when their guild got together for a braai...hahaha, so cute. Congratulations to you two! I hope you have a wonderful life, and look forward to being a part of your adventure!

It was an absolutely gorgeous day to remember with all my friends and family! It was also an amazing team to work with, Anene from Avah Creative Planning and of course Sarah Marie with the gorgeous flowers from Lush Floral, I loved working with you and hope we do this again soon.

LOWVELD WEDDING LUSH FLORAL DESIGN

I am very privileged to have photograph Minette & Stephen's wedding in October. Minette has been one of my friends since the age of 14 and I can honestly say that I have never had a dull moment with her. I loved being a part of this wedding (I was a bridesmaid too), it was the most fun I have ever had at a wedding.

I think one of my favourite feelings is laughing with someone and realising half way through how much you enjoy them and their existence.

If your eye manages to catch those beautiful life size paper roses below, they were made by Minette's mother, Ronel. I have added her details at the creative team info, they are spectacular and really make an amazing impression.
