I have photographed this little family since the family started growing and it is an absolute joy to see how these kids are growing up! Time goes by way too fast, it feels like just the other day when Liezel was pregnant with Tyler, and here we are with Liezel & Michiel’s second edition, little Noah.

This is a very special post with their big family, every second year, they get me out to their holiday home during the December Holidays to photograph them all together, over the course of 3 days. It was wonderful capturing these memories and these images are just a fraction of the favourites I have!

The beautiful Van Staden Family came for a session with me, this little family is very dear to me, Leandri, my previous assistant are these girls aunt and it was so great to connect with them while I am missing her like crazy, thank goodness for facetime coffees!

It is wonderful to blog this shoot, it was shot in early February, with my favourite camera, my Contax 645 film camera #nodigital. After my workshop I decided that I had to shoot something for me, something good & simple. This shoot was inspired by things I found around my house and with people who I create with often. Thank you to Jana, Jolindi & Leandri for all your help on this shoot!
